I smell BS.  A Supercharger out of a junkyard? The details are shady, how the junkman got them is shady.... and if the things dont work, you probably cant return them and your out 40 bucks. Atleast with buyin one from a company you can deal with someone who works for the place if it doesn't work. Theres hardly any information about this... before you post you really need to do research on stuff.  You need to find out how and why he has this stuff, what brand he is selling..... and what happens if it doesnt work. IF you dont know anything about superchargers you need to do your research on those so when you do visit the bone yard you know what youre looking at. Don't go in there deaf dumb and blind. As far as I can tell, I think its a shady deal.  I wouldn't touch this one, not even as just to sell it on.

...plus how many superchargers end up in the junkyard?  Most who wreck their cars would yank the blower you'd think......  I think you'll be waiting a LONG time before any show up there......

Sounds like Regulator got a glimpse of the junkyard price list: supercharger = $40

The only problem is that IF one ever made it into the junkyard (and that is a big IF) then it will not sit there long at all. There are people like me who go to junkyards REGULARLY looking for stuff like that so the chances that an item such as that will be picked clean in a matter of hours. Here's a few more IF's:

IF it is even a useable blower (V-6 Supercoupe blowers won't work obviously).

IF it is not already broken.

IF all the pieces are intact, etc. etc.

Really though, if you're going to make a post like this then you need to be armed with WAY MORE details and pictures, otherwise it's going to be really hard for ANYONE to believe it.
